A Message from the Founder

"Tejas" is a Sanskrit word that symbolizes inner brilliance, strength, courage, and the unwavering spirit to rise above challenges. At Tejas Academy, these values inspire our mission- to empower every aspirant through knowledge, innovation, and purposeful guidance.

My journey through the civil services examination taught me far more than the syllabus- it revealed a deep passion for teaching and mentoring. After qualifying the APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Mains twice and appearing for the Personality Test twice, I chose to build Tejas Academy with a vision of making high-quality, affordable, and technology-driven education accessible to every serious aspirant. I envisioned a learning ecosystem that goes beyond conventional coaching by simplifying preparation, embracing innovation, and helping students unlock their true potential.

Before founding Tejas Academy, I worked as a Faculty, Content Developer, and Mains Answer Script Evaluator at reputed civil services coaching institutes. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science, am currently pursuing a Master's in Sociology, and had the privilege of representing India in an International Cultural Exchange Programme in Taiwan. These experiences strengthened my belief that great education combines academic excellence, technology, and a deep understanding of society.
